Social Media That Builds Trust Before the First Call
Profiles that go quiet for weeks between posts.
Get a Free Audit for This ServiceThe problem most Dallas practices run into
Your Instagram has not posted in three weeks. Your Facebook page still has last year’s holiday hours pinned to the top. Meanwhile, a patient who is deciding between you and the practice down the road checks your social profiles before they ever call, and an inactive page quietly tells them you might not be around or paying attention.
What we actually do
We run a consistent content calendar built specifically for your specialty, whether that is educational posts for a dental or medical practice, before and after content for a medspa, or friendly, approachable content for a veterinary clinic. Every post is designed to do one of three jobs: build trust, answer a common patient question, or showcase a real result, and we manage the comments and messages that come in afterward.
What is included
- Monthly content calendar built around your services and seasonal demand
- Custom graphic design and short form video for Reels and TikTok
- Caption writing in your practice’s voice, not generic stock copy
- Scheduled posting across Instagram, Facebook, and other relevant platforms
- Community management: replying to comments and direct messages promptly
- Monthly performance report with reach, engagement, and follower growth
How it runs
We collect or create the photo and video assets, build the month’s calendar around your input, and send it for a quick approval before anything goes live. Once approved, we handle posting and day to day engagement so your team is not stuck checking notifications between patients.
Common questions
Which platforms do you manage?
Instagram and Facebook are the core for almost every practice we work with, with TikTok or YouTube Shorts added when it fits your audience, especially for medspa and aesthetics clients.
Do you create the content, or do I need to provide it?
We can do either. Many clients send us raw phone footage and before and after photos, and we turn it into finished posts. If you would rather we handle the on site content capture as well, we can plan that separately.
How do you handle a negative comment or review?
We respond promptly, professionally, and without getting defensive, and we flag anything sensitive to you directly before replying, especially anything involving patient privacy.
